I’m back in New York, having spent the last 3 years running a hotel in Nairobi. Everybody wants to know how the experience was, how different it was, etc… And my answer to them is that one of the greatest assets Kenyan hotels have are the people, the majority who are inherently warm, gracious, hospitable and lovely people.
