UZBEKISTAN to see the madressas, eat shashlik, and be a tourist in a place with no tourists.

TAJIKISTAN to camp out in the remote mountains and lakes.

ISRAEL to be taken back through history in Jerusalem, float in the Dead Sea (and eat loads of hummus).

INDIA to eat loads of yummy vegetarian food and psych myself into thinking I was being healthy.
